The Arizer Solo 2 vaporizer has been on the market since 2017 and improved on the original Solos vapor production, offering better airflow, faster heat-up time and precise temperature control.
Arizer has stuck to using the same glass tubes that we have seen with their other devices, which offers smooth and great tasting vapor.
Vapor production from the Solo 2 is pretty good, especially when the temperature is set above 200 degrees Celsius.
One thing we have noticed with the Solo 2, is that herbs tend to cook a bit unevenly, with the herbs at the bottom of the glass stem getting more cooked than your herbs on top. One would suggest a simple stir to remedy this issue, but doing so with the Arizer glass stem is a bit difficult and you are more likely to spill your herbs.
This is pretty much the only downside when it comes to vapor from the Arizer Solo 2, which can lead to a pre-mature roasting flavor as your herbs on the bottom overcook.

The Zeus Arc has been impressing people all over with the vapor production from such a small unit. Dont like the size of the Zeus Arc fool you, this vaporizer can pump out the vapor that can rival even convection-based units, which is quite the feat.
The Zeus Arc uses a gold plated heating chamber to transfer heat to your herbs, while extracting that heat quickly in the gold heatsink located in the mouthpiece. Even though the vapor path on the Zeus Arc is shorter, the vapor it produces is equally as smooth as the Solo 2, which is impressive.
When it comes to raw vapor production the Zeus Arc is a beast, able to pump out ample amounts of clouds and will have those whove never considered a dry herb vape turning there heads.
The cook on the Zeus Arc is much more even than the Solo 2 without the need to stir your bowl. However, if you do want to get a quick stir in there is a multi-tool located at the bottom of the Zeus Arc which you can use to quickly stir during a session, which is much easier with the Arc and you dont risk your herbs flying all over the place because the raised lip around the loading chamber.

When it comes down to it both are fantastic vaporizers when it comes to overall vapor production, the Arizer Solo 2s tried and true glass vapor path does a great job at preserving flavor. While the Zeus Arcs gold vapor path does an excellent job at producing ample amounts of smooth vapor.
We are going to give the very slight edge to the Zeus Arc in this category because the cook is a bit more even and does a better job at extracting your herbs.
