Scope	Coils, cartridges, nails, atomizers, tanks, atomizers, glass parts and batteries are excluded
No guarantee	• in case of wear marks • In case of physical damage • Damage due to water/moisture or cold exposure • in case of damaged user manuals and packaging • for modified or disassembled devices • in case of misuse of substances which are not intended or not suitable for the use of the device.
How	Save yourself the trouble of going through the manufacturer and just get in touch with us instead. Send us an e-mail to: cs@tvape.de, with the detected defect, which you best illustrate by picture/video and a case description. Enter your full name and your order number (OR...) or invoice number (IN...).

Having an issue with your order?

ATTENTION:

If the RMA process is not followed, the package will be rejected and returned at the customer's expense. For international returns, the customs invoice must accurately state that the package is a return, otherwise the customs charges will be deducted from the refund or the package will be rejected.
