Right of withdrawal

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

• We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation.
• For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will not be charged any fees for the refund itself.
• We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
• You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
• You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
• You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

When the right to cancel does not apply

The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the supply of:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
• Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, where they have been unsealed after delivery.
• Goods that, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.

Hygiene and vaporizer products

Due to health and hygiene regulations, products intended for inhalation, oral contact, or vapor consumption may be excluded from the right to cancel once they have been opened, unsealed, used, or otherwise rendered unsuitable for resale. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Vaporizers
• Mouthpieces and chambers
• Cartridges
• Water filtration accessories and other hygiene-sensitive accessories

Breaking manufacturer's, hygiene, or security seals, as well as using the device with herbs, concentrates, liquids, or other substances, may render the product non-returnable. Use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product — including visible residue, odor, wear and tear, or attempts at cleaning — may result in a reduced refund or refusal of the return, where permitted by applicable law.

Returned items should be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
