The Mighty by Storz and Bickel and the Boundless CFX are two of the most frequently compared vaporizers, even though there is a significant price difference between the two. One look at the them and it\u2019s easy to see why. The designs are extremely similar. The Mighty is often considered to be one of the best portable vaporizers on the market, which has led many to wonder if the CFX is a good replacement for people who don\u2019t have the cash for a Mighty. Let\u2019s find out just how similar these two are…<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n<\/a>\"Mighty<\/a>Vapor Quality<\/h3>\n

The Boundless CFX<\/a> offers good vapor and lots of it. The amount of vapor it can produce at even low temperatures is very impressive. The flavor is much better at the very bottom range of what you would normally vaporize at, and it drops off pretty quickly as you increase it.<\/p>\n

I prefer vaping at 355F with the CFX. At this temp you get great flavor and much bigger clouds than most vaporizers would be able to deliver at a similar temperature. I don\u2019t enjoy using this at higher temperatures because you lose a lot of the flavor, and the vapor can also be harsh on your throat.<\/p>\n

The Mighty Vaporizer<\/a> is in a completely different league. The vapor is about the best you will get from any<\/i> portable, and you can expect good flavor at any temperature. The flavor obviously still decreases as you add more heat, but the change is nowhere near as abrupt or severe as it is with the CFX.<\/p>\n

While the CFX gets the job done, the Mighty really excels in this department.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\"Mighty<\/a>Manufacturing Quality<\/h3>\n

If you just look at the outside of these, you\u2019d think that they are built pretty much the same. You may even prefer the CFX thanks to the cool temperature gauge that is part of the display. Don\u2019t let looks fool you, because the Mighty is built better.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t get me wrong, the CFX is still built well for the money. The engineering and materials that went into producing the Mighty just make it a superior product. You can even tell there is a big difference from holding it.<\/p>\n

The Mighty is heavier and more solid. It feels like the more elegant and premium product. This is backed up by the interior design as well.<\/p>\n

If there is any advantage that the CFX has, its the fact that you can charge it via USB as well as from a dedicated wall charger. The Mighty can only be charged from its wall charger.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\"Mighty<\/a>Ease of Use<\/h3>\n

\"CFX<\/a>Discreetness<\/h3>\n

For the same reason I wouldn\u2019t consider either of these portable, I don\u2019t consider them discreet either. They\u2019re just too big.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s no good way to keep them concealed while you are using or holding them.<\/p>\n

If you are planning on carrying your vaporizer around and want to be able to use it without other people knowing, you\u2019ll need to get something else.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\"Mighty<\/a>SHOWDOWN<\/h3>\n

The Mighty is the clear winner in this showdown!<\/p>\n

This really wasn\u2019t even a contest. While the CFX is a very good vaporizer for the money, the Mighty offers a much more refined experience. They may be comparable on many of the categories we considered today, but the Mighty won the two most important ones easily: vapor and build quality.<\/p>\n

If you are trying to choose between these vaporizers, the decision is going to come down to money. The Mighty will deliver the better experience, but it comes at a premium price. The CFX gets the job done, and you can get it for a much more economical cost.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re trying to get a great vape without breaking the bank, you may also want to check out the Smite Plus<\/a>. It\u2019s more portable than either of these, and offers better vapor than the CFX at a similar price.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
