The Source Nail XL Vaporizer Premium Kit is a portable enail that comes with a bubbler attachment and a wax glass pen attachment. In comparison to a desktop wax kit the Source XL is very compact and lightweight. The XL Premium Kit boasts 3 pre-set temperatures, comes with high grade atomizers and performs above average. A big concern with many vaporizers designed for wax concentrates is how messy and clogged your device will get and how difficult it can be to maintain. The Source XL eNail has been created to avoid this and uses an easy to clean bucket design. How it Works<\/h3>\n

The Source Nail XL Premium Kit is designed to be used with wax concentrates. The first thing you should do is charge the battery fully and when charged run it through a heat cycle to burn off any chemicals left over from the manufacturing process.<\/p>\n

The Source Nail XL Premium Kit is simple to use. To attach the atomizer to the battery mod you will twist it onto the top of the mod without twisting the top ring of the atomizer. If you are wanting to use the bubbler you can get that ready by pouring a bit of water into it, if you are going to use the glass vape pen attachment you can set that aside for now until you have loaded the atomizer with your material. The glass bubbler will sit snug around the o ring and will hold itself in place without any twisting.<\/p>\n

When you have everything ready to go you can press the power button on your Source Nail XL Premium quickly 5 times to turn it on. You can then press the power button 4 times to cycle through the 3 temperature settings. Red is the lowest (3.3v – 3.5v), purple is medium (3.5v – 3.7v), and blue is the highest (3.7v – 3.9v). When you have chosen your preferred temperature settings just press the button twice and when the light turns green you’re ready to vape. The unit heats up and is ready in 30 seconds. <\/div><\/div>

The Source Nail XL Premium Kit uses 3 temperature settings that are pre set. The options are as we mentioned earlier low medium and high. The enail heats up pretty fast and when on the lowest temperature it\u2019s ready to hit after 30 seconds.<\/p>\n

Three pre set temperatures may be a bit restrictive for some users as it does not give as much flexibility as a precise range unit found in the typical portable dry herb vaporizer or even past models of the Source Enails.<\/p>\n

The Source Nail XL Premium was really going for eace of use and having just 3 temperature options makes this enail perfect for those just starting out with concentrates.<\/div><\/div>

\"Vapor<\/a><\/h3>\n

Vapor Quality<\/h3>\n

The Source Nail XL Premium comes with three different nail atomizers: Ceramic, Titanium, and Quartz. This is a nice feature and not to many kits come with this range of components. Each atomizer is included to deliver a different style of vapor.<\/p>\n

The quartz atomizer produces the best flavor for those who are flavor chasers. If you are looking for larger clouds that are still on the flavorful side, the ceramic nail atomizer is a good choice for smooth, flavor-rich clouds, while the titanium atomizer will deliver the most vapor of the three.<\/p>\n

Of course when using the bubbler some of the vapor will be filtered out and if you are after more vapor than a smooth draw you can use the glass pen bubbler attachment.<\/p>\n

When using the device on the lowest temperature you will get more flavor and when on the highest this is when you will get bigger slightly less flavorful hits with more vapor.<\/div><\/div><\/span>

The Source Nail XL Vaporizer Premium Kit uses a built in 900mAh battery which is an ok battery for this device and is charged with the included USB charging cable. For the size of the device the battery is not too bad and they have used a ultra slim battery to match the design of the vaporizer.<\/p>\n

If you are looking for sheer power and more temperature control this vaporizer may not be for you, but it does last quite a while and you can get lots of usage on a single charge. <\/div><\/div>

Portability<\/h3>\n

For an enail device the Source Nail XL Vaporizer Premium Kit is pretty portable. It\u2019s not by any means a pocket vape that you can easily carry around in your pocket because it contains many glass components.<\/p>\n

The true portability for this device is that you don\u2019t have to be plugged into a wall and can pack it up and travel to a friends house with it. It would have been nice to see it come with a carrying case designed for travel.<\/p>\n

A cool feature with this unit is the built in silicon container for your concentrates.<\/div><\/div>

Ease of Use<\/h3>\n

For new wax concentrate users there will always be a bit of a learning curve with enails, but the Source Nail XL Vaporizer Premium is one of the easier portable enails to get used to.<\/p>\n

The simple design, pre set temperatures, and one button functionality makes learning how to use it relatively easy.<\/p>\n

Once the device reaches your preferred temperature, wait for the green light to appear, place your material into the atomizer using the loading tool on the opposite end of the carb cap, and use the carb cap to cover the glass bubbler once you have all your material in place to increase vapor strength and density.<\/p>\n

At any time If you want to stop the unit you can press the power button 2 times.<\/div><\/div>

Overall this is a great portable enail and portable wax vaporizer that can be used with many different glass attachments. The XL Premium is easy to use and a great starter kit for waxes.
